RETURN POLICY

We manage returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Protection laws. Please make your selections carefully, as we do not offer refunds, credits, or accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choices.

 

Incorrect or Faulty Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items within 48 hours. If you notice any damage, incorrect items, or defects, kindly notify us within this timeframe by sending photographic evidence to info@ourbaylor.com.au. This will enable us to promptly arrange a replacement for you. All items are shipped in brand-new condition and thoroughly checked for any defects or missing parts before dispatch.

If you receive an item that is damaged, of poor quality, or faulty, we will assist in logging a warranty claim with our supplier or an insurance claim with the courier to arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the faulty item on your premises and refrain from uninstalling it until our team provides confirmation, as the supplier may require its return. Failure to do so may prevent you from receiving a replacement or refund.

Please be aware that claims cannot be accepted after the 48-hour window, as our shipping company cannot guarantee that any damage occurred post-receipt or during installation. Claims made beyond this period will not be eligible for coverage, and the customer will be considered to have accepted the goods, assuming full responsibility for them.

To expedite the claims process, include a detailed description of the reason for the claim along with images of any faults. Returns and credits are only applicable if authorised by Our Baylor's head office, and authorised items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please note that we do not refund or replace products that, in our reasonable opinion, have become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or Our Baylor Care Instructions, abnormal use, or failure to take reasonable care.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
