The OMF6015 60 cm multifunction oven is an XL 75 litres with 11 functions and 5 cooking levels. The I.D.D. (Interactive digital control display) controller brings a new level of sophistication and ease of use to this oven. Choosing a function is as simple as rotating the function knob, like a jog dial. As the function knob is rotated the screen display scrolls through your options until you confirm your choice. The process is repeated for setting the temperature.

Programmed cooking allows you to set your cooking and leave the work to the oven. You can set the duration of the cooking time and or set a predetermined start and end time. When you engage the pause function the oven is set in standby mode, all functions are paused including the fan. When the door is opened in pause mode less hot air escapes and blows in your face. This is due to the fan being off. The pause function can help reduce energy costs and increases safety. When you close the door you restart the oven by pressing the resume button.

Convection Hot Air Frying: Air Frying works by the circulation of hot air producing a similar cooking result to Deep Frying, only without the oil. Although not an Air Fryer, the OMF6015, with the use of an Air Frying basket (such as Kleenmaid’s Air Fryer basket AFB6010), and by following the recommended cooking instructions for fan forced cooking on the food packet will hot air fry your meals to perfection.

The OMF6015 comes with one baking tray with a grilling insert and two wire racks.  Optional telescopic runners are available.  The glass door panes are easily removed with an easy to use snap lock mechanism. The OMF6015 also features an energy saving digital clock that defaults to sleep mode when not in use. Like all our appliances this multifunction oven has a 5 year full parts and labour warranty, and is supported by our highly skilled national service network.
